Excellent service. Appointment booking was fast and efficient. The electrician who came out was very polite and friendly, got the work done much faster than I expected.

Where do I even start?? #myelectricianisbetterthanyourelectrician 😍. They are amazing!! So amazing that when I was going to bed one night and realized that 1/2 my household electricity wasn’t working (including both my fridges and my deep freeze, internet modem, fish tank filter and more) I wasn’t even mad or worried about it. Plugged the above in with extension cords, called Tracer in the morning and it was fixed before noon!!!! They are the best and I love that I don’t have to worry about electrical stuff. And the bill is always about 1/2 of what I expect it to be! Special shout out to Ty the electrician and Christine that answers the phone! Thanks Tracer!!!

I’ve been in the industrial sector for a long time and customer service, never-mind good customer service, can be difficult to find these days. Tracer Electric blew me away with their service model. I called on a Friday afternoon and someone was by to assess our situation by end of day. I had my quote by Tuesday (there was a stat on the Monday) and by Thursday they were onsite completing the job. I have to say that the service is second to none. Thanks for the amazing experience!

Tracer is excellent. Appointments made within a reasonable time. Technicians always on time, often early and always call ahead to make sure if so. Professional and friendly and the few times I've used them the installation quality has been top notch. They have installed 2 EV chargers and a built in microwave for me without issue. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

The service right from initial contact to completion was incredible. I procrastinated on finding an electrician as I know my "new" home needs some upgrades and I wasn't ready to sift through companies. I needed something done in a hurry and Tracer got it done. No hassle, no stress, no worries. I am very happy to know I have found an excellent company to complete my electrical "to-do" list in my home :)
