This was the best vet i have ever been to and i have been had pets my whole life! I am taking care of a very special dog named max who was burned in a fire. And the receptionists are exceptional as well was the vet! He was compassionate and gave me lots of great advice on how to help max heal. Absolutly take your pets here. Best place ever!

It’s taken me this long to realize I’ve never left a review, which is crazy because the team at Townline has been taking care of my family for years at this point! Every member of the team is so lovely and you can tell how much everyone truly cares. Dr Allmark and Dr Buckner are probably the only two vets in the Fraser Valley that I 100% trust to care for my fur babies, no questions asked. They always manage to fit us in for urgent matters, which not many vet hospitals do that aren’t emergency based. Recently they cared for our special needs bunny while we were 10,000km away from home and did everything they could to save her during an unexpected turn in health. The only solace we had was knowing she was safe and loved until the very last moment, even without us there. I cannot recommend this vet hospital enough, especially for small animals like bunnies and Guinea pigs. They truly treat their clients like family!

Took our 25yr old rescued amazon parrot Rosco, for a nail trim and check up. He's a biter and does prefer woman so thankful the lady vet( sorry forget her name) and Spring were so awesome with him! He did so much better than I expected, and he's so happy to finally have a gotten a good nail trim! Couldn't be happier with this clinic! Glad to have found them, thanks again!

This business should honestly have 5 stars.⭐️ Today was one of the scariest days as a pet parent and the WHOLE team went absolutely above and beyond for our Ester. Dr Ken was so loving, communicative, and honest. I wasn’t scared leaving my girl in his hands. They took care of her the way I would have. Constant communication, and updates put me at ease. We are home and healing from a big surgery. I’m very grateful, and I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful clinic. They always make me feel at ease when I come in with my dog and concerns about him. Doctor Ken is awesome!!! He is so fantastic with the real veterinarian care, down to earth practice. Also, Dr. Louise always takes her time explaining and caringly treating my boy. Thank you!!! Love this clinic and it's environment including the front staff.
