From start to finish this was an awesome experience for me! The lovely and kind young woman who answered my questions and took my duvet in for cleaning made the whole process effortless. Their turn around time was awesome too, especially considering they are such a large and busy site! My duvet, is fluffy and puffy and smells amazing! Thank You all So Much😊

I entered the plant through the wrong door and Tony (the owner) kindly pointed me in the right direction and gave me a mini tour on the way! Tony was amazing and so kind.

It was the first time I used Tower Cleaners. I needed a very rush job (same day) for a pair of slacks. I went directly to the main location where the cleaning is done. I was so pleased with the job and the fact that I was able to get them back the same day! I was pleasantly surprised with the price too. I assumed a rush job would be expensive but not at all. I will use Tower Cleaners for all my cleaning now.

Place is an absolute joke. I haven’t even used a dry cleaner for some time. I take 2 shirts and a pair of pants to get cleaned. The pants still have spots on them. Even worse ones now that are white stained from whatever wrong chemicals they used to try and get out of them. And they lost one of my silk dress shirts I got from England few years back. Won’t be ever using this company ever again. Thanks for nothing. Go else where for your dry cleaning needs. What a hassle and rip off being charged for that.

My 3 white dress shirts were well taken care of and they came out brand new. Pickup and drop off was effortless. Quick turn around, just in time for a wedding. 5 stars!
