I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for Loretta’s support throughout my recovery. Thank you for sending me the exercise videos and for her patient and detailed guidance from the very beginning of my injury until now. Her careful teaching and treatment have truly helped me recover, and I’m so grateful that I’m able to return to work. I especially appreciate her patience with me when I kept forgetting how to do some of the exercises. She always explained everything so clearly and kindly, which made me feel supported and encouraged during the whole process. Thank you again for her dedication and care during this period. I truly appreciate all the effort she had put into helping me heal. Wishing she continued success in her work and good health always.

I had a treatment with Anureet Bajwa yesterday and she's an amazing Physiotherapist. I felt more relaxed and comfortable with her around. She taught me exercises designed to accelerate my recovery from back and neck pain. I highly recommend her and Total Therapy at Metrotown.

This is the second time I'm writing a review for Dr. Angela Do, and she continues to be amazing. Dr. Do is very professional but also incredibly east to work with. Even though I was nervous about starting chiropractic treatment, she made me feel informed, comfortable, and supported from my very first visit and throughout four months of care. She's extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to clearly explain treatment plans and answer any questions. Her patient-centered approach and excellent communication make every visit reassuring and stress-free, Dr. Angela Do is also very down-to-earth and easy to talk to---it honestly feels like chatting with a friend or sibling, which makes it easy to ask questions and relax curing each session. I highly recommend her!

After a car accident, my son and I needed a place for proper recovery, and Total Therapy – Metrotown was perfect for us. Front Desk Team: The reception staff went above and beyond to support us. They were always smiling, accommodating, and worked hard to balance our appointments with our daily lives. Their kindness and flexibility made a stressful time much easier. My Care Team: 1. Rina Choi – Massage Therapist (RMT) Rina’s massages were incredibly effective in relieving tension and pain from the accident. She was very attentive to my needs and always made sure I was comfortable during each session. 2. Anureet Bajawa – Physiotherapist & Pelvic Floor Services Provider Anureet provided expert physiotherapy tailored to my recovery needs. Her professional approach and clear explanations made me feel confident in my progress. 3. Suncha Satney – Clinical Counsellor (RCC) Suncha helped me manage stress and emotional challenges after the accident. Her supportive and understanding approach made a real difference in my mental well-being. 4. Rebecca Du – Acupuncturist (ACU) Rebecca’s acupuncture sessions were very effective in relieving pain and promoting overall wellness. She explained the process carefully, which made me feel at ease. 5. Marina Pecchia – Kinesiologist & Active Rehab Marina guided me through active rehab exercises that were safe yet challenging. Her encouragement and expertise helped me regain strength and confidence in my body. My Son’s Care Team: 1. Nicholas Jo – Physiotherapist Nicholas was amazing with my son. He explained every step of the treatment clearly and created a personalized plan that really helped him regain mobility and confidence. 2. Apekchha (Apek) Sapkota – Clinical Counsellor (RCC) Apek provided emotional support and guidance for my son, helping him process the stress and anxiety following the accident. Her approach was gentle and very reassuring. 3. Jerry Yan (KIN) – Kinesiologist & Active Rehab Jerry’s active rehab sessions were engaging and effective. He encouraged my son to push his limits safely and made the exercises fun. We highly recommend Total Therapy – Metrotown for anyone recovering from injuries or seeking professional, compassionate care. Every team member we interacted with was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. This clinic provided us with the support we needed to heal both physically and emotionally after a very difficult time. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
