Really good gym, plenty of equipment to hit everybody part, friendly staff. Could use some paper towels in washrooms though the hand dryers are not the most hygienic.

What a gem. If you are serious about body building or fitness, this is the place. This gym has the best high quality equipment, and there are constant improvements. They don't lock you into a contract, and there are no hidden fees like yearly maintenance fees. The staff are very genuine, not pushy like the staff in the franchise gyms. I have tried many gyms in the last 20 years and nothing compares to this one.

I’ve been training at this gym for about one year now and I have nothing but praise for this place!! The equipment is body building centric and always top notch, the owner always brings in new fun machines to try. The staff are super friendly and clearly make an effort to keep the place well maintained, the music selection is golden 90% of the time, and lastly theres a great selection of pre workouts to try. Also the atmosphere of respect between the gym goers is unmatched, whether the crowd is the early AM or late PM one. I would recommend this place to anyone serious about levelling up their physique!!

Staff is very friendly, nice atmosphere, great equipment, and the like to keep it clean and tidy at all times. The owner is very friendly, and nice guy!! Oh and they’re are 2 gym frenchies sometimes, can’t go wrong with gym pets!
