Great experience! I asked if she could do something off a photo, which I'm always careful about because sometimes people have unrealistic expectations about what can be done vs photos sharpened with AI or filters, but she did a fantastic job with the design and was friendly throughout the entire experience.

I’m really disappointed with the level of service my family and I received. I had never booked here before and wanted a trust worthy, yet affordable place to go. Reviews seemed to be positive and price were reasonable on the website. I booked shellac pedicures and new acrylic nail sets for my mom, sister and I. When we walked in, the salon was dead and the staff immediately seemed annoyed and just glared at us. We wanted to do the pedicures together but they refused and just kept giving us a nasty attitude. Me and my mom’s pedicures were very rushed. They did not care and just wanted us in and out. I had to keep asking the lady to fix my big toe several times as it was crooked. Before our pedicure was even done, they tried to start on our acrylics and it just became really overwhelming. My biggest issue was with all the secret fees and price gouging. When calling in to book, I confirmed prices over the phone. While in the salon they wanted to charge us triple the price than what was previously discussed. I should have known as most nail salons tend to add on extra for every little detail. Not sure why nail salons even have a service menu. It’s only ever displayed with prices they never follow. I swear they make it up as they go. No reason a small- medium length, coffin, French tip should cost $80 when I was told it would be $55. Just doesn’t add up. The manger did not handle the situation well and would gaslight us seconds later. Calling us difficult. She never answered my question as to why the price was so much more. Saying it was due to my length. She kept wanting to charge us more than what was promised. Lying that a product we needed for my mom’s artwork was out of stock but couple minutes later, say “$10 more and we do it”. My mom wanted a simple glitter starfish on two fingers and that couldn’t even be obtained. Overall, not a pleasant experience and will not be returning. I wasted not only 4 hours of my time but $130 on mediocre nails and a botched pedicure.

Hello 2nd time I have been there and have gotten a nice job. No complaints thay way. I am not sure what happened as each time I have gone been charged differently. First time 55 sue to being a french fill! Second time I asked for the same thing and was charged 70.00. Suppost to be french fill but tips were supposed to be sparkly. Got my fill with nailpolished tips. I called in right away as I thought my daughters bill was more than expected but was not. They could not give me an answer and was very hard to understand with their broken english. I have been elsewhere previously and my sparkle french fill has never been that way. Good services but really disappointed with the cost being 70.00 for a fill

Been going here since early spring and I’m consistently happy. I easily go 4-5 weeks between appointments and the gals always do such a good job. I drive up from deep SE Calgary because I haven’t found a salon that’s this consistent with their work! ** updated review to add more photos of Amy's incredible work 😍

I’m so incredibly mad with the experience I had with my girls at Top Nails #3. They are theives, I came in with a gift certificate, they asked if I wanted Shellac I said I want what my gift certificate is for, she said it’s a regular, I said ok that’s what I want! She proceeded to sit me and my girls down, I’ll also add my girls are 5 and 9! She get out a light for my youngest I asked what that was for she said drying! I thought that was weird cause you don’t need a light to dry regular nails! But I didn’t push it, I should have! They put shellac on all 3 of us! The shellac is already peeling from my daughter’s nails, and their skin, we’ve only been home 30 min! She wouldn’t work on my heel cause it’s cracked (the main reason I needed a pedicure) she knocked my cuticle! And then I get to the till and she has charged us ALL for shellac and tried telling me that I asked for it when I did not! She was aggressive and extremely rude! Rather the discount it she said well we can take it off and redo it! I’m just so upset they dont listen and should know better then to put shellac on a 5 year old! Do yourself a favour and go ANYWHERE else!
