Been going here for years! Always pleasant receptionists, hygienists & dentist. Appointments are very accommodating to. Would recommend Tooth Suite to anyone looking for a Dentist. Oh & they accept the Canadian Dental Plan to! Not many dentist do! Thank you for the good service & taking care of my teeth! 👏👏

I came to get a tooth pulled I knew it had to be pulled but all they did was the checkup. They're very friendly very courteous very polite absolutely. I'm in pain and need this tooth gone and I have to wait another week

Really friendly staff, they have lots of information and aim to aid their customers. It took a bit for my initial appointment but I was able to book my next appointments quickly and with ease. They work quickly and efficiently, they keep things straight to the point which is refreshing. Would definitely recommend.

The dentist was great. The second dental assistant was too. But the first dental assistant kept making comments about work I needed to have done after I specifically told her I have some anxiety and wanted to take it just one step at a time. The administrative assistant I dealt with was unkind and had her facts wrong. But speaking of facts. The dental office wanted me to pay 20% of the work from that day, $200ish. I explained I have 100% coverage. The secretary explained sometimes the fees the insurance company pays out are less than the dental office charges. That surprised me as I have very generous insurance coverage with CINUP. She also said (incorrectly) that on my previous visit they charged more than the insurance paid and instead of having me pay they had written off the excess. Which was nice but I was shocked to hear that there was excess. So I called my (again, very generous) insurance company. From my last visit they said: A charge for diagnostic fees of $92.98 which was over the fee guide by $11.63 and we only covered $81.35 Also for the fluoride fees of $40 which was over by the fee guide by $3.95 to why we only covered $36.05 Which is enough to make me switch dentists. The reason Tooth Suite has their policy to make you pay 20% before they see what insurance will cover (even for someone like me fortunate enough to have 100% coverage), is because they know their fee schedule is above the maximum most insurance companies are willing to pay. $5-$10 overage for each services adds up and I do not pay hundreds in insurance premiums for "100% dental coverage" to have to pay out of pocket because this business saw an opportunity to make more money. I'll be switching to a dentist who keeps their prices within the fee schedule of my (and most) insurance companies.

Today was our first appointments at Tooth Suite family dental in Lloydminster. We switched to Tooth Suite Dental as we felt we were not treated with proper consideration and care at our previous dentist. We decided to try Tooth Suite. Our experience was very positive as the entire staff were caring, considerate and professional. This is the first time ever that my gums weren’t sore after a hygienist cleaning. My wife and I both belong to the Canadian Dental Care Plan, and the staff took care to ensure that only necessary procedures were done so as to not overly burden us financially. On time and a very positive first experience at Tooth Suite ! 😃
