Great and quick service I arrived they looked at my windshield took a look at my insurance they dealt with icbc and I came in the next morning at 8am was offered a car to drive during the repair and two hours later my car was ready. Just paid my deductible. Staff was so friendly, efficient and made it smooth I’ll highly recommend them to anybody and would use them again! Great locally owned business that cares about their customers and quality of work, thanks again!!!

Tom Thompson is the ONLY place in ALL of the lower mainland to repair the glass on my vehicles. I travel almost an hour for exceptional service, honest work, and super friendly service! Thank-you Tom.

Shout out to Tom's Autoglass for cleaning up my car and putting up some plastic to cover the opening where my shattered driver side glass was. I was able to stay dry and get home to North Van. They were courteous, friendly and helpful in my time of need. Thanks again guys.

Pulled in to ask if they had a clip for my wiper blade and he simply replaced it with a new one. I offered to pay and he shook my hand instead. Very nice gesture, I've brought my work truck there before and always got great service. Don't hesitate to use tom!!!

I was amazed by the service today! It was incredibly easy and fast. A courtesy car was provided. The staff was friendly and upbeat. They washed my car and even the floor mats. I was recommended to this location by my boyfriend. If you need a new windshield this is your spot!
