I don’t recommend letting them work on your car if you appear naive they will exploit you. There are many shops in Lethbridge, please explore your options. They changed a serpentine belt which broke off in two months and their prices are extremely unreasonable. Their customer service is poor and Chris will not help you if you try to come back for a fix. I wish I had this warning.

Everyone here has treated me amazing! I never thought I'd find a mechanic with such great service in the city. They are all so nice and explain everything, keep me updated either through texts/calls, and have provided service way outside their job descriptions. Will always bring my car here whenever I need something! Thanks for reviving my car!

The people at Tolley Tire are very friendly and helpful. They communicate with us about our car issues in a way that is respectful and not condescending. They provided a shuttle service so we could carry on with our day while the car was being worked on. We’ve used Tolley Tire’s services a couple of times now and they are quickly becoming our go to auto service provider.
