I’ve used this place a couple times and it’s always been good. Just had the truck in to get new tires and through the process of inquiring information on what the cost to be there was some discrepancy in what I was told and what I was changed. And after a conversation with management, they were happy to work with the number I was given. Every place eventually will have issues and I felt like they dealt with it very professionally and I’m happy customer.

Great Service! We had them come replace two tires for us on the side of the road for our big diesel motorhome( after hours ). Josh did an amazing job of getting us fixed up and on the road again. Highly recommend these guys!!

Excellent staff and service. They took the time to recommend tire types for my application. I was also there for repairs to trailer tires and again the service was exceptional. Highly recommend for your tire needs.

Exceptional service! Larry helped me choose rims and tires to suit the style I was looking for! Must have went through a hundred types and styles but he found the ones I wanted. I will definitely be coming back to this location with my other vehicles as well!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone I hate. They will rip you off. Overcharge you. And say they spent time on your vehicle they didn’t spend. DO NOT RECOMMEND EDITED TO REPLY : $85+tax for diagnosis on something that wasn’t even in your possession for more than 45 minutes from the time I pulled in the parking lot to the time I left in the truck. Pulling the truck into your shop, and looking at the front end with your eyes, Isn’t high tech equipment. When I did not ask for an inspection, or parts to be quoted. You guys tried to hose me for $2100+ quoting me something I didn’t ask for. I asked for an alignment. If that could not be done, than I should have been called, and told it cannot be done and not charged. That’s what any decent place would do. Not make up an extremely overpriced quote on stuff I did not ask for. I should not of had to pay over half the cost of an alignment. Also the “said” parts, are a year old, with under 20.000kms on them, it’s Alberta. You guys could have just aligned it and noted my issues. Or you could have sent me on my way. But you chose to charge me almost $100 for stuff I didn’t ask for. So I feel ripped off. We have a shop a couple buildings down, we send you guys tons of customers, always recommend you. But since the poor customer service I will not recommend anyone anymore. And I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks! I attached some pictures of my front end. if it’s not new, it’s within a year old(20.000kms). I understand there may be a “blown boot” on my one upper balljoint, IT COULD Have still BEEN ALIGNED. But money hungry is money hungry! Easier to charge someone $95 for doing nothing, than it is to do the work, right?
