We had a great experience recently having a new hot water tank installed by Troy at Timberline. Our old one was well past its prime and had definitely seen better days! The replacement was handled quickly and efficiently with zero hiccups. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The new tank is working fantastically and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Troy did an excellent job

Highly recommend Timberline ! Troy was awesome to deal with , great customer service very friendly . Very knowledgeable in their trade. Troy was able to fit me in quickly ! Had 2 toilets installed Great price and very efficient! Thanks agian !

Had a kitchen drain problem, the cast iron pipe collapse under the cement floor . Troy was recommended, he came over and gave me an estimate. Brandon came and replaced the pipe without breaking the floor witch was great. Brandon completed the job with the help of a Rap student. Glad to see that Troy is supporting and helping to promote the trades.

10/10 Recommend!! Timberline Plumbing deserves every bit of praise. Troy renovated my bathroom last year and was exceptional, precise workmanship, clear communication, and a result that exceeded expectations. Most recently, my water heater broke. Every other company I called said the earliest replacement would be a week out. Timberline sent Brandon the same day, exactly on time, and he replaced the unit immediately. Not only was the turnaround dramatically faster, it was also cheaper and came with a better warranty guarantee. Time and time again, after using Timberline Plumbing Services, I continue to be beyond impressed by the remarkable professionalism and consistently outstanding service this team provides.

A friend of mine Recommended Timberline to me, So I had Troy come over and give me a quote for replacing my ploy b piping, quote seemed reasonable, So I had him do the job and he did an amazing job, that was back 2020, a couple of years later he came back and installed a new water heater, again very quick and efficient. Fast forward to this year, I decided to Reno the bathroom and again Troy came through with quality work and timely service, I’ve had zero issues with any work Troy has done in my house and he’s basically done it all, he also gives good recommendations for other trades as I used his shower glass door guy
