Worst Customer service and I think generally a bad human. Came in to do laundry at 620 when they close at 8 she said last load is at 630 then played on her phone. Was adamant that there wasn't enough time. She eventually said yes until I wanted to buy coins for the machines when she said.oh we don't accept debit for coins! What a joke. Avoid this place. 100% She is Redhead about 25 years old. A real Gem.

Horrifyingly awful. My own washer dryer will be in repair for about six weeks, and I have to do a minimum of 2 to 4 loads A day, with a very strict limit of 90 minutes per day in which to do it. It's not usually a problem to Find free machines with which to do this, because nobody goes here. The attendant the first day was very helpful; The attendant on subsequent days was rude, and didn't seem capable of helping. She insisted it with cash only, which is not accurate because I had used card another days. Unfortunately, it also requires obtaining quarters from the machine and loading them one by one. When the prices are $14 per load and $0.25 per minute for a dryer time, this is insanely Unreasonable. The machines are old and musty smelling. Do not go here.

Horrible experience. They don’t even accept loonies, so I had to put $14 in quarters into the machine just so wash my clothes. I felt like I was gambling in a casino for hours

I have used the pickup/delivery option, as well as the drop off option. Jen was very helpful and the 4 large loads of drop off laundry were done quickly and efficiently. With the pickup/delivery option I also utilized the tailoring service, having simple hems done on cropped pyjamas so length was not a critical factor. The hemming service was very reasonably priced.
