The service was amazing. I have been to many nail salons in North Vancouver but this is my favourite. The staff were kind and helpful. The nail techs are amazing. 10/10 experience and highly recommend:)

I decided to get my nails redone for the weekend and decided to try this salon. I booked online, I arrived and they told I had to wait 30 mins from my selected time. I didn’t actually get started until almost 45 minutes. I had to extend my parking twice… that was $10.50 total. On top of that they made lots of mistakes that I kindly asked to fix. The set came out mediocre but over the cost of my whole late morning and afternoon. I wasted time and money here, not coming here ever again. Edit: A couple hours after my appointment, I started noticing my nails are weaker and bendy. I asked for structure gel during my appointment and showed my concerns with how weak they seemed. The nail tech assured me it would be okay. None of the nail techs listened to my concerns or understood what I wanted for my nails. I asked for nude cat eye ombre. The nail tech did the nude and white ombre and proceeded to paint all over the nail with cat eye… below is the photo I showed them on my phone the WHOLE appointment. I am super upset, this has been an absolutely horrible experience.

I came to Tiana Nails Spa with my 10-year-old niece for a nail day, and we both had such a great experience! She got a cute manicure, and I had nail extensions done. The staff were very kind and patient with her, and my extensions turned out beautiful. We both left happy and smiling. We will definitely be coming back! 💕💅

I had my nail extensions done at Tiana Nails Spa and I absolutely love them! Olivia was so gentle, sweet, and professional. She paid close attention to every detail and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My nails turned out beautiful and perfectly shaped. Highly recommend Olivia and Tiana Nails Spa! 💅✨

The service at Tiana Nails Spa was amazing! I really loved the way my nails were treated and me myself too. In this salon you will experience positive attitude and atmosphere, and will get what you desire with zero stress. In my previous experiences, my simple requests were always done wrong and I was treated with rudeness and disrespect, but this salon was just what I needed. Thanks so much for the service and for being such a nice nail tech, Harry! I will come again for sure.
