We have loved all of the care that Dr. SIngh and Dr. Sharma has provided our fur babies over the last 30+ years. Always discussing our options, providing us with great advice and treatments. The care and sympathy given, when having to have our babies pass. Tears shed by all. Thank you to our Thunderbird team…loving the new office as well!

We brought our cat to Thunderbird Animal Hospital to be neutered. The surgery itself appeared to go smoothly, and we had no immediate concerns when we brought him home. However, once we got him settled, we noticed dried blood on one of his feet along with a visible cut. Naturally, we called the clinic to ask about it. We were immediately told it must have happened at home. After taking a closer look, we found a shaved patch on his other foot that lined up exactly with the location of the cut. It was difficult to ignore the obvious connection. We emailed the clinic to bring this to their attention ahead of his stitch removal appointment and received no response. When I followed up by phone, I was told the veterinarian would speak with us directly when we brought him in. That did not happen. Instead, the front desk assistant took our cat to the back, the stitches were removed, and he was brought back out with the same explanation relayed through staff — that it “must have happened at home.” The veterinarian never came out to speak with us as promised. Mistakes can happen in any clinic. What matters is how they are handled. The refusal to even acknowledge the possibility of responsibility, the lack of communication, and the failure to follow through on speaking with us directly reflect poorly on the professionalism and accountability of this practice. As pet owners, we expect transparency and respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

i have been to a few vets over the past few days to try and figure out what’s been wrong with my little kitten they did an amazing job at taking care of him and we’re only focusing on the well being of my baby. They preformed a surgery on him today to get rid of a foreign object in his abdomen which ended of being a part of a toy. After the surgery they are still doing the most to make sure that he is doing well

So grateful to have found this vet. He’s been wonderful with my dog, handling every visit with such patience and care. My dog usually gets anxious, but she’s totally relaxed here. On top of the excellent care, the pricing is very affordable. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff, convenient location, reasonable costs for Veterinary services. We recently made the decision to take our 3 year old Chihuahua, Willow, to TAH (after using the same vet for 23 years). The exam fee was very reasonable compared to our previous vet, so much so that we have made TAH our new care provider for both our pets. Our 7 year old Yorkie, LuLu, who we adopted last year has been cared for by TAH since birth and her previous owner highly recommended them to us. Great service all around and their pet food products are very reasonably priced 👍
