I asked the lady I wanna have my eyebrows waxed instead if threading as using thread end up having A-lot of acne and its painful for me, she did not listen and thread my brows. After asking still not following up is not good, kept doing the way she wanna do and done in like 5 minutes.

1st visit 5*. Just did a wonderful job of my brows and half leg waxing. Gave me a good leg message. Definitely will come back. Edit: 2nd visit changed to 3* but was like a 0* with a different Staff. I went for a half-leg wax and decided to get a massage, but it was the most uncomfortable experience ever. The hygiene was poor, and the pillow was filthy. She only changed it after I asked her twice. The room was cold, She was the only staff member, so every time a customer came for eyebrows (which happened 4 times), she left me lying there for several minutes and kept coming and going. She had no technique, only massaged the back of my leg, and rushed through the session. A complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend this place for a massage.

Went in to get a pedicure today and was told no walk in but she could for me today! I was thrilled! I received an amazing foot massage and treated with care. No rushing and very gentle touch. Immense detail went into shaping and painting my toenails. Very impressed! I will be back again:)

Worst acrylic nail I've EVER had. One nail fell off while I was still in the chair - I guess that should've been my first clue. Another one fell off three days later, and a third after seven days. I am not in a profession where my nails are under severe pressure (childcare) and am SUPER unimpressed. The original nails themselves didn't touch the cuticles and within a week, look like they've been on for at least three with the amount of growth and space in between. The bottoms are coming up and cracking around the edges after a few days. That being said, the staff were nice and good conversationalists but I feel like more training is needed to be charging what they do for the quality that they give.
