This was our 1st visit to Thorncliffe Auto Repair. We didn't have any major service work done but the guys, Jason and Victor, were great to deal with. Professional and direct and had us in and out quickly. We will definitely return for future work.

I had a wonderful experience here. While heading to Safeway, I got a flat tire and dropped off my truck to have it fixed. The team quickly took care of the repair and, to my surprise, didn’t charge me. They simply said, “No problem—have a great day!” Such kindness and excellent service truly made my day. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

A special shout-out to Victor for taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure the work was done right. We have been using Thorncliffe Automotive Repair since we moved into the neighbourhood a few years ago, and we couldn’t be happier. The team at Thorncliffe Auto is friendly, reliable and efficient. On the afternoon of New Year’s Eve, I realized my tire had a slow leak and called Thorncliffe Auto to see if there was any chance of being seen before the New Year’s Day public holiday. Jason was happy to help, taking us in right away and having the tire fixed quickly and with a smile. We’re so happy to have a great local mechanic. Highly recommend!

Had such a great experience here! I usually have all servicing done at the dealership. However, due to a screw in my tire, I ended up with a flat, and this shop was the closest. They filled my tires up so that I could at least get my errands done, and offered to squeeze me in for repair. Based on all the cars being worked on, I think they were quite busy. So I really appreciated them getting me in!
