My wife had one of the worst experience with this nail salon. She went 6:10pm in the evening yesterday for nail paint and design, they said they will take her though they close at 7pm. My wife explained how she wants her nails and showed a picture and the lady agreed. While the Nail artist was working she told her multiple times that about the color and the design and the artist said yes yes and you can see the end result. while she was not completely done they closed they closed the store and started hurring things. We paid $80 and you can see the picture. My wife went today morning to make them understand that this was not expected and if they can fix it. They starting fighting with my wife and being rude and fix the nails but not as per the expectations and when being told about dissatisfaction they said they can fix further with extra charges. My wife was really upset she already paid $80. $80 is not a small amount. My question is if you guys not have proper nail colors just provide options or deny the services politely. Secondly if your staff have difficulty understanding English, have somebody with them who can understand and train them but rude behavior with your customers is not accepted. She is never going to visit this location again.

I can not post photos but I got a very pretty flower design!! Everything was good!! The staff were nice and helpful. The only bad thing was the lady grinded into my skin and made me bleed but it was all okay because she apologized!! Would recommend!!

One of the worst experience my sister had with her nails. The pictures speak for itself. The nail artist did not understood simple English language. The nails were not up to the mark, wrong size and after paying $66, worst services. Complete rip off.

Pedicure was AMAZING. They took their time, it was very relaxing! Wonderful experience! The lady and guy we had were so nice! Nail extensions, the lady left for 10-15 minutes, didn't say a word. When She was here, she wasn't paying attention, constantly looking elsewhere, talking to other staff members. Not focused. The place was very clean! They have pedicure chairs for children!

Sadly I don't live in Regina so I have only been there once when I was visiting my sister. My daughter and I both got gel nails and the experience was amazing. The place is clean, bright and beautiful and the staff is genuinely friendly and kind. And best of all our nails looked amazing!
