I had a great experience with Randy at Therapy X Clinic! I really appreciated how he explained everything in detail and clearly, none of the usual confusing specialist jargon haha. I also felt very comfortable with both the facilities and the care I received. I’m glad I decided to go early, as Randy provided me with the right exercises to address my injury and made sure to follow up on my progress. Overall, it was a very professional and caring experience, and I highly recommend him!

I injured my Achilles last april while training for the bmo half marathon in may. After months of physio and frustrated attempts to return to activity, i finally decided to try shockwave therapy. I started seeing Dr Haley Esau (chiropractor) for shockwave treatment on my achilles last October, and despite my skepticism, i gained more functionality in 6 weeks of shockwave than I did in the nearly 6 months prior, since my injury. Haley was also able to provide helpful tips, Progression exercises, and warm ups that helped me safely start building up my running capacity again. I am still seeing Haley to help manage less severe sciatica/pirformis issues i developed in my compensatory leg after my initial achilles injury, and i am finally starting to feel a little normal again and like there is a light at the end of the rehabilitation tunnel.

I was looking for help with shoulder pain and found Therapy X through an online search—it turned out to be a good decision. As someone who had never tried physiotherapy before, I really appreciated how professional and knowledgeable Wilson was. He took the time to explain what was going on and prescribed exercises that were practical and genuinely effective. After just a few sessions, I felt empowered with the right knowledge and tools to manage the issue myself. Highly recommend Wilson and Therapy X. The location is also very convenient and easy to access.

I have been a client of TherapyX for many years now. I have wanted to stay active by playing volleyball and golfing into my 50s and the team here has been a huge part of making this happen. Each practitioner I have worked with has been absolutely top notch. From Jess’ physio talents to help my ailing back to Jane’s chiro skill to release problem areas and, most recently, Krista’s RMT ability to knead out my stiff neck and shoulders, I cannot recommend this team enough. Wilson Chan is the best Physio in Vancouver simple as that! He fixed me in a couple of months from plantar fasciitis I had for 2 years now … 🤌🏻 my life has changed since I joined Therapy X. They are truly professionals and they certainly know what they are doing. I am extremely pleased with this clinic, not only Wilson is the best, Jonathan has given me the best recovery RMT massages in my life! My bodybuilder recovery journey has become so much easier since I am seeing them!
