I’ve been going to Therapex Health Centre for neck pain from my desk job, and Arminder has been amazing. He’s really patient and takes the time to explain what’s actually causing the pain and why my body reacts the way it does. I never feel rushed, and I always leave understanding my treatment better. Highly recommend him if you’re dealing with neck or desk-related pain!

I had a great experience with Amrinder Johal. The massage was very professional and relaxing. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and understands exactly where the tension points are. I had been dealing with lower back pain for way too long, and I only wish I had come to this clinic sooner. Harp was an amazing professional who is extremely experienced and makes you feel comfortable from the very first session. Anmol and Gagan at the front desk are incredible as well. They are always friendly, helpful and make booking appointments so easy. They are not just good at their job they are genuinely kind people who make this place feel so welcoming.

The physiotherapist and kinesiologist are highly skilled and attentive, and the exercises were well-structured and tailored to my recovery needs.
