Carla is truly exceptional. My hair was virgin for 36 years, and I am extremely picky about who touches it, so trusting someone was a big step for me. The first time she cut my hair she did an amazing job — she really listened, understood exactly what I needed, and left me feeling fresh, confident, and completely renewed. Because of that experience, I trusted her to do my color, and she exceeded every expectation. She is incredible at working with picture references — I brought a few ideas and she delivered the result I had been dreaming of. What impressed me the most was her dedication to perfection: she didn’t let me leave until everything looked exactly right. I didn’t have to ask — she noticed the smallest details that could be improved and took the time to refine them. That level of care is rare. Carla is not only a wonderful person but a true professional. She takes the time to know her clients, she respects their vision, and she works with knowledge, patience, and genuine passion for what she does. You can clearly see that her priority is the client’s happiness and the health and quality of the hair. I am beyond grateful for her time, her dedication, and her talent. If you are looking for someone you can fully trust with your hair, Carla is the one.

FIVE STARS.....I found this Salon on google and after reading the reviews, I thought I would try this place out for a cut and colour (it's been 3yrs since my last cut/colour). The atmosphere was very inviting, I loved the decor, and the chairs/washing stations were very very comfortable. Hailey was extremely skilled and picked the perfect cut/colour to transform my thin, scraggly hair. Thank you again Hailey for doing such a great job!!!!!

First time visiting here today and did not leave disappointed. I got a haircut done by Mishah and her skills are unmatched. She's very attentive to detail and requests! Whole salon was clean, welcoming and friendly! The whole team is very kind! I would recommend Mishah and this salon to everyone! Amazing job!

I just have to say the staff here are so sweet, kind and welcoming! All the hairstylists in there do phenomenal hair like seriously WOW! I had the pleasure of having Mishah as my stylist and not only did she make my hair look absolutely gorgeous she also gave me tips on how to make it healthier and maintain the color! Can’t recommend this salon and the stylist’s here more and I can’t wait till its time for my next appointment!

Today was my first time going to the white feather! First I’d like to comment on the entire salon! Not only was it clean, it was bright, very homey and overall just beautiful! Second not only was Carla the owner the most amazing and welcoming person, in the time I was there I watched as she managed to go above and beyond for her clients! Jocelyn was my stylist and she was FANTASTIC! She was quick with her work but absolutely thorough! She was so welcoming and made me feel like I was a client she’s been seeing for years! I absolutely loved the vibe of the whole place and will 100% be coming back. 10/10 recommend this place to ANYONE!
