Mike and Conner started at 1:30'pm and installed 2 - 50 Gal water heaters, 2 expansion tanks and 1 pressure reducing valve. The job was completed at 4:30 PM to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this company they were on time, efficient, very knowledgeable answered all my questions. Highly recommend this company totally satisfied.

They came and relit the pilot light for us which was $138… it only lasted a day (we knew we might need a new water heater after the conversation with him but thought maybe the demise of the water heater wouldn’t necessarily be the next day) So a day later we had the water heater replaced.(around $1400) They did a good job on the water heater and it was quick. But they caused a leak in a pipe a foot from the valve they changed. We called and they said it wasn’t their fault…but that they would give us a deal to repair it. (50-70 dollars was the quote). We were charged for them to come back to fix that ($82)… and while they fixed that they broke off the handle on our main water shut off for the house. So now we are going to have to pay to have that repaired!!!! ($$$) We have used that shut off valve for the house several times and never had any problems. Everyone was very nice and I’m sure it’s just because our house is older….but it is all very exhausting.

If you live out of the city and need someone to change your water heater these guys are GREAT! I wasn't able to get anyone local to where I live (almost an hour from city), and after calling around in the city was going to get way over charged to have someone come out from a few other companies I had called (especially on the mileage). John was great to work with on the phone to arrange things and answer my questions and give me an estimate (bonus final bill came out to slightly less than his rough estimate). They have quality product and reasonable prices. If I had been able to get someone local the prince difference wasn't all that much and I would have had to wait. No hot water sucks lol. These guys came the next morning. Allan did a great job installing the new water heater and didn't waste his time and got the job done efficiently. Professional and clean work! He answered any questions I had and was very polite and personable. He was even concerned about the mess the old one had left so swept and wiped up the floor before placing the new unit. I would definitely recommend The Water Heater Guy to anyone!
