After two visits to this salon, I unfortunately left feeling disappointed and feel it’s important to share my experience. During my first appointment, I showed a clear reference photo and explained I wanted an ombré/balayage. The result I received looked more like very subtle highlights that were barely visible. I was told my hair would lighten, but when I saw it the next day in natural light, I realized the problem wasn’t only the color — the balayage technique itself simply wasn’t there. I decided to message the stylist privately. She was kind and understanding and scheduled me for a redo the following week, acknowledging that sometimes results don’t come out right the first time. After checking my hair, she explained that bleach would be required for proper lightening this time and that I would need to pay $60 CAD for the product used. I told her I wasn’t planning to spend more money, and she mentioned the alternative would be only doing the top half of my hair. I agreed to pay the $60 as long as she felt confident I would finally get the result I had originally requested. She assured me it would be achievable. They repeated the full process again. However, at the end only part of my hair was dried because a full blowout was considered an extra service. From the section I could see, I already felt disappointed and frustrated because the color still wasn’t what I had asked for. At that point, after two visits and still not getting the expected result, I felt exhausted and discouraged from continuing the discussion and simply said it was fine. The stylist was always very polite and kind to me, and honestly that made it harder to express my frustration in person. However, clients save their money and come in excited to trust professionals and leave feeling confident and happy with their new look — not frustrated and disappointed after multiple attempts. My hair was also somewhat damaged from the bleach (which I understand can happen), but it’s still upsetting that my hair was compromised and the final color and technique are still not what I originally wanted. I truly hope the salon can review this situation, improve technical consistency in balayage services (especially at a senior level), and work toward a fair resolution.

Arian is the literally best! I am so picky with my hair and she nails it every time. I have gotten multiple services from balayages, hair cuts, and keratin treatments, and she definitely makes me informed on what I am getting and gives all the info to make sure my hair looks good even after I leave the salon! She is so personable and makes the appointment go by so quick. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a hair stylist!

Juhaina was the best stylist! Had a good consultation and got me exactly what I wanted in the end - it was absolutely perfect! Very fun to talk to and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Truly good service and good person overall! You guys won’t regret booking with her

I loved going to Arian’s to get my hair done. She was so easy to talk to and is amazing at what she does. I would also bring my 2 daughters to her for their haircuts and they miss her since she moved. If you’re looking for an amazing hairdresser, she’s it!

After getting my hair done at the warehouse hair co by Lauryn, I have received compliments daily and have felt extremely confident. The salon is very clean and professional, and I felt really heard throughout my appointment about what I wanted and what would be best for my hair.. I would definitely return back to the salon!
