The staff from reception to hygienists to dental assistance are great however the dentist here did a root canal he offered no antibiotics I called once a week for 4 weeks telling him I was still in pain only booked me when I cried and begged and told him I was having migraines aswell . 3 weeks into the disaster I had to go to my family dr to get my antibiotics... never once did I ask for pain meds I just wish he would have given antibiotics or listened to me . And got me in for an exam.soomer they did get me into a specialist who couldn't get me in until April. I went to lynden park mall dental and they had to remove my front tooth today . Im.28 I didnt deserve this the severe negligence of offering no antibiotics to begin with cost me my self esteem because I lost my front tooth . Thankfully my family is going to help me get a bridge and temporarily a flipper through my new and way better dentist . I understand root canals fail . I understand infection happens but to ignore someone for 4 weeks is so negligent . I begged and warned it was getting to the point I felt it needed to bw pulled my new dentist also prescribed antibiotics and will be doing any procedures from here on out I've called and reported to the college ... with proof of call logs aswell as having the person present with me at every appointment to back me up . This was beyond mean and uncalled for . What did I do to deserve being ignored for 4 weeks? I didnt want pain meds I just wanted antibiotics and for you to look and you couldn't be bothered . Ill be looking into what I can do legally . Because now I have to pay certain things out of pocket that wete this dentists doing . He should have to pay for my bridge flipper and for the extraction . I love the rest of the staff they tried their best . Please avoid going here this was the biggest mistake of my life im.gonna be out thousands by the time.this is fixed . The mental agony of walking around with no front teeth until I can get a bridge or flipper is unbearable . I refuse to leave my home . I wasnt happy with my smile before but this is way worse.

Been going to this dentist for years now. I just got a piece of mail from a collections agency for $38 on behalf of the tooth corner. This is laughable as the amount in question is for a mouth guard I already paid in full the day they took the impressions, then picked it up when they called to say it was ready. I recieved 1 call over this, I explained to the receptionist that I already paid it in full, and questioned why I would be given the mouth guard without it being paid fully, so it didn’t make sense. I was told she would look into it and call me back. I never heard back so assumed they realized their mistake, until I got this collection notice today. Terrible business practice, I will NOT be paying the $38 as I paid the full cost 2 years previous to this. Avoid this dentist if you don’t want unexpected collections coming after you for something that isn’t even owed.

I've had a lot of bad experiences at dentists before. I came to the tooth corner with skepticism and anxiety about my appointment. The hygienist there megan was phenomenal, eased my anxieties and cleaned my teeth with ease. Not to mention how gentle she was due the the freezing not taking well for me. Everytime I go I feel reassured and heard. They listen!! Seriously have to give props to the staff and reception they're all very kind and caring, even as I was tearing up talking about my fear around having my appointment. Thank you tooth corner I will be returning for further care, and if you have anxiety like I did I recommend this is the place for you, they will do anything within their ability to be sure you have a comfortable visit.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care provided by Karyn, Dr. Rob, Jill, and Marissa. They went above and beyond to support the young man I care for, demonstrating kindness and compassion at every turn. From the moment we arrived, the team worked tirelessly to ease his anxieties, taking the time to explain each step of the process in a way that he could understand. Their patience and understanding made all the difference. A particularly touching moment was when Karyn and Dr. Rob personally escorted him to our van after his procedure, ensuring he was comfortably buckled in before we left. Their dedication to providing not just medical care, but genuine support and reassurance is truly remarkable. Thank you to this amazing team for their outstanding service and for making a challenging experience so much easier. You are all incredible!

I went to this dentist 3 times. The first was fine. The second time, I was the first appointment of the day and was delayed because no one had keys to open the office because someone forgot them and had to wait for someone to bring them. Today I went and waited 30 minutes after my appointment time and no one came into the room to start my appointment. This was after I was called last night to push my appointment 30 minutes because the doctor wouldn’t be in yet for my original appointment time. Reception staff was apologetic but I will be finding a new dentist given my experiences. As others have said, there is a lot of damage to equipment and I don’t feel like it is the cleanest office.
