It’s always a great experience at Ten Spot. The location close to where I live closed. So I had to drive 30 min to this location. It is well worth the drive! The staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Everything is clean. The music sets a chill vibe. Kaitlyn’s attention to detail is great and so very appreciated. She takes her time and did an amazing job. Thank you! I’ll be back!

Went for a gel mani with my friend. The girls were very friendly and made sure we were happy with the manicures before leaving. Would definitely go back!

Just did my mani here. That was amazing! Usually, my fingers are bleeding, when manicure technicians cutting my cuticles. Alex didn't cut any single finger! Also, she works fast, and understand you, even if your English not so perfect😅 She is so professional 👏 The lady on the reception is also very nice. She is patiently explained about other services in a friendly manner. Definitely, I will be back ❤️

Came for gel polish removal. I asked if a nail trim was included, the tech said 'no', but she'd happily do it anyway. But then butchered my nails, leaving them jagged and torn (she was using the clippers to clip and then rip the nail). She also missed my left thumb. I emailed the salon to give polite feedback and they were rude and unhelpful. The nail tech was very kind and friendly but I'm disappointed with how they let me leave the salon. Like why not ask if I wanted to add a Mani service instead of including the trim for free and then doing a hack job of it? I don't think this is the nail tech's fault but perhaps the salon needs better training for staff.
