Lovely staff, very clean environment, and good quality nail polish. I appreciated that all tools appeared properly cleaned, which is important to me. However, I did find the pedicure chair/sink setup quite uncomfortable, the position left my legs and knees sore, and there is also a fairly large step up into the chair. I wouldn’t recommend it for older clients or anyone with mobility or joint issues. I was also surprised by the final cost. The advertised price is $55 for a basic pedicure, but several add-ons were charged separately (a brief massage, gel polish, a callus cream, and removal of a small amount of polish). My total ended up being over $100. I would consider returning because of the cleanliness, but at that price point I feel you could find a more relaxing, luxurious experience elsewhere.

Ari is excellent - meticulous and professional. She's the only person I trust for a lash tint. Got a super cute micro French black polish today and love it. Highly recommend.

I have used this location several times. Have always showed up on time, had to wait several times for them. Today I had an unforeseen medical issue and the only time I could see the doctor was the same time. When I cancelled they charged me 225 the amount of my services. I get that they need to do this as some people do cancel regularly at last min. I however do not do that and I would have assumed with common sense they would look at my account and see that. I will not return due to this, they have lost a good customer because the world has lost common’s sense.

My first time was fantastic! I booked online earlier today. I appreciate how clean and friendly the experience was. I had a pedicure and lash lift. I felt calm and relaxed. I'm very happy with my results. Will definitely be back for more treatments!

I had an issue with a manicure I got, where the quality was real subpar but the owner (Melissa) handled it so well. I contacted her and she reached back away, apologized, refunded me, and offered to redo my nails at no cost. I went back and the new technician (Kayla) did an amazing job. She was careful, friendly, and my nails look great. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled really showed how much they care about their customers. I left super happy and will definitely go back! To anyone leaving bad reviews: give businesses a chance to make things right before jumping to conclusions. 😊
