If you are looking for a CLEAN place to get your nails done, this is it! I got a pedicure and the service was excellent. A complimentary toe wax was included which was nice given the premium price. It is well worth the piece of mind knowing you won’t be getting nail fungus!

I came in today for a pedicure, and this was my very first visit at the salon as I’m new to Toronto. I’d already seen so many great reviews online about Glaze and the way she works, and I have to say - they were absolutely spot on. Glaze was brilliant. She was incredibly thorough and took real care with every detail, especially making sure my French tip looked beautiful on my toes. My feet feel so soft - which is such a treat, especially in winter when it’s so easy for feet to become dry or cracked. The care and attention she gave to my skin and feet genuinely made a difference. I also loved learning about their membership options, which I will definitely be signing up for because I cannot wait to come back and see Glaze again. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment and getting my feet looking extra beautiful. Great time at The Ten Spot💎

Ana was amazing! I got a Brazilian wax and I'm usually the worst in terms of pain tolerance for these, but Ana was clearly skilled as it was so quick and easy. It was over in 20 minutes! I appreciated being able to watch TV which helped get my mind off the wax, and the TEN SPOT provided me with a wipe and lotion before and after the wax. Ana was also very nice, personable, and talkative. I liked my experience here and will be back! Thank you Ana!

Been coming here for years. Glaze is my go-to for anything. Seriously. Flawless nail services, precise and quick waxing and facial queen! Also my personal brow whisperer! Everyone is really sweet here! It’s on the pricer side but everything is super clean - so I value that above all. Plus this location has always been convenient.

Ok, so let me say my issue is not with this location specifically, but with their booking system AND regular polish (if you know, you know). The atmosphere was very welcoming, but I did feel out of place after I was checked in. However, I will chalk that up to them having a trainee on the floor at the time. I came in to do threading and get a manicure. Both service providers were dope and provided excellent service. My eyebrows look amazing and my nails were done really well as well EXCEPT THAT REGULAR POLISH IS A SCAM! My mani ending up smudging within 30 minutes of leaving the salon... kinda wished I had gotten gel, but alas that was MY CHOICE and is no fault of the salon. I think I'll use them for my threading (which I forgot was so painful ouch) and I'll try the gel manicure next time as opposed to the regular polish. Overall, a good experience and I will be back again. Oh, almost forgot. The booking system is absolutely trash. I had to go through the forgotten password sequence three times over the span of two days before it worked. It seems like there are two systems, one for the franchise and then one for the individual spa (franchisee), which can be frustrating to use. I eventually was able to book my session the morning of my appointment but that frustration docked a star off.
