I attended the warm bedtime yoga and it instantly became a favourite. As a beginner, this class was the perfect atmosphere. The room was perfectly warm, dimly lit and honestly was the perfect type of pace of yoga for a beginner as well as someone who was purely looking for some “me-time” on a Sunday after a busy week. There was no pressure to preform anything other than beginner level, the stretches were held for longer, which I appreciated. I walked away feeling so much lighter and relaxed, which was followed by a wonderful nights sleep.
