I haven't been to a spa in a very long time, but whatever I was expecting was blown out of the water! The spa itself is very peaceful and welcoming, and seriously beautiful. The layout was considered very well, the saunas are a bit small but honestly don't need to be any bigger. I booked the Mālie Scrub and Signature Facial, both services were done by Laurissa. I helped myself to a complimentary beverage after a nice warm up in the sauna, and then Laurissa collected me for my services. I got to use the special table that's basically like a big warm water bed, and wowzas! The whole experience was phenomenal! The SMELLS, omg, intoxicating. Laurissa is a genuinely sweet person, she's very pleasant, knowledgeable, and I cannot express how much I appreciated her. Not everyone has the perfect balance of friendly and professional, but she does! The Signature facial is a great way to go if you don't know what you want/need; Laurissa was able to pick the perfect products for my skin, and explained everything to me, including what I should be feeling with each product (tingle, cold, warmth etc). Such an amazing visit, I'll definitely be back!!

I had a wonderful experience at Ambleside Spa in Edmonton! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout my visit. The service was absolutely amazing — everything was done with great care and attention to detail. You can really tell they value their clients and take pride in what they do. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and stress-free. Highly recommend Ambleside Spa to anyone looking to treat themselves to quality service and a peaceful, luxurious experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Came here for a massage and the whole experience was amazing. There is a relaxing lounge with high quality teas and drinks + a sauna. Mariah did my massage and it was top notch! She worked wonders and provided such a relaxing, comfortable environment. This spa has great ambiance and pays attention to the small details that results in clients leaving satisfied and zen.

Amazing!! The signature massage was extremely relaxing. The sauna is a bit small but I was still able to use it with one other guest, and did not mind at all. The space is welcoming and clean. The receptionist was absolutely lovely at my first appointment showing me around the spa. Dana B was amazing. She really made sure the massage exceeded other places- between the actual massage, pressure and attention to detail, with hot towels and oils. I felt so relaxed leaving into -30 degrees was no worries. Recommending to my friends and family.

What an ABSOLUTE delight from start to finish! The spa itself is full of intentional details that really elevate your experience. One of the reasons I was inspired to book at this particular spa were the glowing reviews and the fact that it is a woman run business (LOVE that). I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and booked the the expectant mother's massage and added on a scalp massage, and WOW...what a treat. My therapist, Hayley, was most excellent. I told her exactly what I needed and she seriously delivered. You can tell the difference between therapists who really understand human anatomy and have a passion for making people feel better. I so badly needed some deep pressure relief, and was elated to have received it. Thank you so so much for such a great experience, I cannot wait to come back.
