Daniel brought the life back into our new home’s old roof. It was covered in thick lichen, rusting in the valleys with cracks and damage. It now looks great and the neighbours are all talking of having theirs done. Heidi running the administration side made the quoting, booking and invoicing side seamless. We will use Daniel for all future roof maintenance. Highly recommended.

There’s a reason this company has 5 star reviews. Our first experience with replacing our shingles was a bit rocky (companies not calling us back for quotes, difficult to get ahold of) UNTIL we found The Roofing Factory. Chris returned our call immediately (despite it being busy end of season already), and booked an in person quote promptly explaining he preferred to meet in person rather than doing it over the phone/ on images. His quote blew us out of the water. It was itemized, documented with photos, concern areas, covered all “what if” scenarios, and included a step by step explanation of the entire roofing process (including demo materials and photos). My husband who does professional quote work for a living had the job sold at that point, the level of professionalism and care was clear. We felt thoroughly informed on where we were starting from, what issues our roof might have, what steps they would take if they found those, and exactly what they would be doing to refinish our roof. Also at this point we thoroughly laughed at the fact that we thought maybe we could have done this ourselves (there is such an art and science, and so much expertise we took for granted). The pricing was reasonable, they kept us informed on their progression through the season and when we could expect them to get to our house and when they got here they were so quick and professional. They send you a link with photo documentation of every step of the roofing process so you can see what’s going on under the shingles which we really appreciated. Our roof looks IMMACULATE and they cared for our property so well before, during and after (placing tarps, cleaning up any materials etc). Check out our before and after photos, it’s night and day. We have already recommended them to quite a few people and will be using them for our future roofing needs. 100% recommend.

We had the most amazing experience with Chris and The Roofing Factory. Knowledgeable, professional and caring. Chris was able to assess the issue with our roof and was able to explain it all and the solution he had in mind in a manner that made sense to us. We are very pleased with the work that Chris and his colleague provided today. They corrected an energy loss issue we were experiencing with air entering our bathroom fans. Chris explained in detail what needed to be done and gave us a link to the before and after images that we can access. We now have peace of mind and would highly recommend them!

Integrity seems to be a common word used in the reviews for The Roofing Factory, and there’s a good reason for that. I worked with Chris for a leak repair and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. He promptly returned my call when I first inquired (I still haven’t heard back from some of the other roofers I had called). Recognizing that I was dealing with an active leak that was causing damage, he prioritized my job and got out just two days later. I had originally called on a Saturday and he came out first thing Monday morning. Originally he had repaired what he believed to be the issue, but unfortunately the leak persisted. Chris came back out the evening of the SAME DAY to sort out the issue. The leak itself ended up being a very stubborn issue to repair, but Chris didn’t quit until the job was sorted out fully. No additional charges for coming out again, he stood by his word and got the job done as agreed. Integrity seems to be a rare trait in today’s industries, and these guys have got it!! Look no further and book with these guys, trust me. Thanks again!
