The Pulse offers a unique and comprehensive approach to yoga and wellness. Simon developed a brilliant comprehensive yoga series that builds strength, focus, flexibility, endurance, balance, and mental power. What is especially unique about the Pulse's approach is that once we learn the basic elements of the series, it can be practiced with a beat driven video which cues when to change postures. The strong beat of the video creates a momentum that keeps us moving through the postures. It's great not to be dependent on a teacher. This allows us to be much more aware of ourselves (the true purpose of yoga)
