We hired the Poly B Plumbing guys with no personal referral. I heard the advertisement on the radio and contacted them. Right from my first contact with the office staff I was impressed. We needed our townhouse repiped which I knew was going to be a messy job. Nobody likes drywall dust. Our booking ended up being while we were away, which made me even more apprehensive but Sydney, in the office always answered any questions I had with a happy tone, leading up to the job. . The plumber Manny, was exceptional at communicating! He sent pics and videos and chatted over the phone to discuss a change order (the additional work I had expected to need to be done) because we were away Manny came back to meet the city plumbing inspector, which typically the home owner is there for. Next up was drywall and paint. Joe also was fabulous about communicating! Using the jobs website then through text. We came home during the messiest part of the renovation and I was dreading it. But we arrived at about 1230am and I was shocked to see how much they accomplished and there was no mess. The floor coverings and furniture was protected. Even during the sanding phase of the drywall we were at home at night and I expected dust everywhere but Joe cleaned up every time he left. When the final paint coat and ceiling re-texture were done i honestly expected to be able to tell the new from the old, as ceiling paint wasn’t included in the quote. But it’s perfect! we don’t have to paint the ceiling at all! The invoice came in exactly as expected. I am so happy to say we had a painless experience, who can say that for a major job like this?! Thank you to all the staff on my job. I would 10/10 recommend the Poly B Plumbing Guys.

I enjoyed a good price and great service from the Poly B Plumbing guys. Everyone was polite friendly and thoroughly professional. They took care. left us with working bathrooms and kitchen each night and daily clean up was spot on. Cam, Emmy and Roland from Arctic Plumbing and Mechanical figured out the old plumbing maze and and made the new system much more robust and obvious. Their work was neat and the city inspection was a breeze. Joe and Jenna Balough did a fantastic job on drywall repair, matching paint and a thorough clean up including mopping floors at the end of the job. The place is in better shape and one would never know there were multiple holes in walls and ceilings. I enthusiastically recommend this team for any poly b work or any domestic plumbing or drywall painting.

An Insurance inspection of my 32 year old house indicated I had Poly B pipes and after doing the research to determine these pipes really should be replaced I contacted the Poly B Guys in Abbotsford. Dave Rigby arrived right on time and we discussed next steps. He's thorough, professional and knows the issues. When the time came for the in-depth inspection to be done Dean reviewed the procedures with me and explained everything. Manpreet Gill and his team performed the plumbing inspection and repiping and were neat, friendly and showed me all the work being done at each stage of the process. It turned out I had only minor amounts of Poly B but now I'm 100% Poly B free. This is important because it ensures I can even get insurance for my property plus when I go to sell the house I have the Poly B Guys report that I'm Poly B free. This was not an event I wanted to undertake but the Poly B Guys made it clean and a job well done.

The Poly B Plumbing Guys (and gals!) did a great job on our home. All of the crews were professional and friendly. They consulted with me when the need arose and always kept me in the loop. The entire job (the house is three floors and over 4,000 square feet) took only 15 days. It is hard to believe that our walls and ceilings were full of dozens of holes just a week ago. I am so glad that I replaced our PolyB plumbing and that I no longer have to contend with potential leaks and the resulting water damage. Thanks Poly B Plumbing Guys!

Excellent work! The PolyB Plumbing Guys did a great job removing our PolyB. From protecting the carpet and floors, to communicating throughout the job, performing every task efficiently, and leaving everything clean after they were done, we couldn’t be happier with the results. The plumbers and dry waller/painter team have it down to a fine art, and we highly recommend them.
