Ten stars....oh I can only give it a max of 5! But if I could, they would get 10/5! We hadn't had leaks but wanted to get our pipes replaced. We went online..contacted two companies. Poly B Plumbing Guys responded within hours ( it's been two weeks and the other company has yet to respond). Within a day, the assessor was here, we had our quote soon after and the work began. Sebastian and Alex came in and did a fantastic job of preparing the place, laying down protective matting and cutting the holes. They really tried to spare as much of the wall and ceiling as possible. The piping was efficiently replaced with great care to our home. Then Ahmed and Shane arrived to put everything back together again and this too was done expertly, cleanly and with great care. Richard and Dave were our painters and we were so impressed with their expertise in color matching and their expert attention to detail. One cannot see where the patch-ups were done. The cleanup was well done as well. They left no mess and the house looks exactly like it did before. Thank you Poly B....a professional team for sure. We were nervous to get our poly B replaced but after speaking with Deane and the Poly B Guys team we felt much more at ease. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and was always in contact for updates. The estimates provided were reasonable and there were no surprises at the end. Their chat system was great for communication as it contained anticipated schedules, documents, and of course conversations. Everything went very smoothly, the team was very professional, and the work space was tidy once the project was completed. Sebastian, who handled the plumbing, was very knowledgeable and was upfront on what was required during the pipe replacement and completed the work quicker than anticipated which was fantastic. Terry and Tony, did a great job patching and texturing the holes in the walls and ceiling and maintained a tidy workspace. Lastly, Rubin and Victor did a great job with the paint match and cover up that you wouldn't even have noticed that the walls had been touched. Overall, great experience all around and would highly recommend the Poly B guys!

Sebastian did the plumbing. Excellent worker who started early to finish all plumbing the same day. Diligent worker who was friendly and knowledgeable. Kept us informed throughout project. Terry drywall skills and attention to detail is a 10/10. Always arrived on time, went above and beyond, filling extra holes that an electrician had made. Final clean up was excellent. Tony arrived to stipple the ceilings, was on time friendly, and work diligently to complete job in one afternoon. Richard arrived the following day to finalize painting, was on time, friendly. We had issues with colour matching that Richard was able to resolve. The Poly B Plumbing Guys are all very skilled workers, each having 30 plus years experience. Lacee was also helpful as the main contact to keep lines of communication open and resolving any issues. Very satisfied with the work done by Poly B Plumbing Guys.

I’m thrilled with the job that the Poly B Guys did on my house. Dea, Dean, Sebastian, Terry, and Toni were all complete professionals. They were on time, on budget, pleasant to work with, and dealt with a minor job hiccup professionally and swiftly. You learn more about a company when something goes wrong than when everything goes right - and I can confidently say this is the company you want on your job! The best part? You would never know they were here! The patching and ceiling work was perfect and they kept a clean job site. I would one thousand percent recommend them.

Thank you & a big shout out to Stephen and his team at The Poly B Plumbing Guys. Thank you for doing such a great job from start to finish. The whole team was so friendly, professional, showed up when they said they would and sometimes even earlier, which we were ok with. The repairs and painting match was so well done. There was way less dust than I had anticipated. Ahmed went above and beyond and we really appreciate it. If you are thinking about getting your Poly B switched out, we highly recommend this company.
