No surprises with the Plumbinators! Had a leak in the wall coming from our bathroom drain and gave Corey and the Plumbinators a call. Corey did a great job at explaining what is wrong and exactly how he is gonna tackle the problem. He showed up on time, made sure the work area was clean when he was done and he even checked in with us a few weeks later to make sure the repair was holding up! Super professional and reasonable with his pricing. Will definitely be calling The Plumbinators next time we have any plumbing issues!

Corey was fantastic! Great communication and super professional! Corey came and fixed our tap with super short notice when we moved into our apartment. Same day!! Would highly recommend Corey and his team fall all your plumbing needs!

We were extremely happy with the service the Plumbinators provided. Our kitchen sink/ dishwasher was clogged on the evening prior to us hosting Thanksgiving dinner. We called and within an hour Cory arrived to fix the issue. He was trustworthy, professional and we highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs.

Had a wonderful experience with these guys! Called a few other plumbing companies and got a really negative vibe from the person that answered the phone. Shelley was super polite and awesome to deal with! Corey was also amazing. Got in and did his thing super quick and was also very friendly. Will definitely be using these guys again next time I need a plumber!

We had a sudden need for a plumber to deal with a complete blockage of our kitchen and laundry drains. The person who answered the phone was pleasant, was up front in her estimate of when I might expect service, and was up front about the premium for same-day service, which all was appreciated. The call-back was very close to the estimated time, and the plumber was punctual in arriving. Corey was professional, took time to make sure he understood what he was dealing with, and then got right to work clearing the drain. He gave some advice on ways to help prevent a recurrence, got the job done quickly, cleaned up after himself, and has a professional, pleasant demeanor. The only thing that could have been better was that other than the same-day "get us to the door" premium that was verbally explained on my initial phone call, I was given no info from the plumber about the costs of the actual work that was being done, and only made aware of the cost once the invoice was sent several days later. To be fair, I didn't ask the plumber, as realistically we needed the work done regardless, he was already there, and I expect the cost would have been similar no matter who we had hired, but regardless I would have appreciated some mention of what we could expect for costs for the work that he was doing. I also expected the bill to have some sort of itemization (eg. call out charge, hourly rate, cost for auger, that sort of thing) rather than just the total. I would just appreciate that extra level of transparency. Otherwise, as far as the attentiveness, professionalism, and the work that was done, we were very satisfied. The end cost, I believe, is probably on par with any other reputable company we could have hired. Despite my quibbles with the details around the billing, I would not hesitate to call Plumbinators again in the future for other plumbing needs. Thanks for the help.
