I absolutely love Pilates Tree! It is an inclusive and supportive environment. The small class sizes make a huge difference and the instructors truly take the time to get to know you. What really stands out is how positive and attentive the instructors are. They genuinely meet you where you’re at, whether you’re brand new to Pilates or more experienced. I especially appreciate how mindful they are of previous injuries and individual limitations, always offering thoughtful modifications and guidance. The atmosphere is calm, uplifting, and encouraging — the perfect space to focus, reset, and grow stronger. Pilates Tree is more than just a studio; it’s a community.

Amazing Pilates space and top quality instructors! As a mom of two little boys my posture and core strength is so much better. Coming two to three times per week helps with my alignment and lower back tension so I can play and do all my daily activities without any annoying aches and pains. I always feel so tall, aligned and strong leaving the studio. I also appreciate the small class sizes. You get lots of specific direction and help tailored to your own body and needs. It also makes it easier to get to know your class mates as well - such a bonus! It is a very calming environment and feels like a nice break away for some me time!

The Pilates Tree is truly a special place. I started coming here at the beginning of COVID, and from the very first class I was blown away by the depth of knowledge and quality of instruction. I’ve tried many studios and different forms of exercise over the years, but classical Pilates is unlike anything else I’ve done. I used to think Pilates was mostly core work, but it’s so much more — it’s physically demanding, incredibly effective, and somehow still feels good in your body at the same time. Because I started during COVID, we had to work independently, which meant I actually had to learn the exercises instead of zoning out and just following along. That experience gave me a whole new appreciation for my body and sparked a curiosity that kept me coming back. Now, six years later, I’m still completely in love with Pilates and so grateful for everything this studio has given me. I can genuinely feel the difference in my body (and not in a good way!) if I take breaks from my practice. Thank you, Christine and Deb for creating something so special.

I started at The Pilates Tree about 1 1/2 years ago upon the recommendation of my naturopath. I was dealing with a shoulder injury and persistent muscle stiffness that no amount of stretching or yoga could seem to address. Within 4 months of consistent attendance, my muscle pains were gone and I began the journey of identifying and working areas of my body that I had neglected for decades. The classes are small, the instructors top notch and the atmosphere of the whole studio is encouraging, welcoming and non-judgmental. Thank you Pilates Tree team!

I started Pilates a couple months ago to rehab two herniated disc discs in my low back, specifically because I’d been dealing with nerve pain down my leg on a daily basis. (I’m happy to report it’s been several months since I’ve experienced any nerve pain and I can absolutely attribute my Pilates practice to that outcome) I come from a movement background, I’ve been an RMT for the past 10 years now, so I can say with great confidence if you are nervous about moving because of past injuries, or your current state of well being, the Pilates tree is the place to be! It is an incredibly welcoming environment, and they also want to see you pursue excellence, which leads to a fantastic learning environment. I’m also in the process of training for a marathon in a couple of months and Pilates in between my runs has been a fantastic active rehab to support my training!
