I’ve been coming to Pilates here for a few years now, usually 1–2 times a week, and I plan to keep going as long as Lindsey and the studio are around. Lindsey is a fantastic instructor — I’ve learned more about core control and stabilization here than from any other type of workout I’ve tried. I’ve definitely noticed improvements in my strength and mobility, and the classes still manage to challenge me every time.

I've been going to PB for almost 2 months and I have to say this place is fabulous! The equipment is top notch and every class they add new moves and it never gets boring! Instructors are great and highly knowledgeable. I joined to get ready for a trip to Mexico and I definitely saw and felt a difference even after only a few classes! Prices are very reasonable compared to pilates studios I've tried in Toronto and the east coast and they didn't even have reformers! If you are looking to shake up your fitness routine and get those long dancers legs and a tight core give this place a try, you will not be disappointed! :)

Great instructors, knowledgeable & personable. Classes are beginner to advanced depending on what you put in and what you want out. Clean & bright studio. Ample parking. 5*
