I’ve been going here for a while now. And Fatima is the best at what she does. Hands down. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is great. Love how stylish the staff is. The owner is really sweet I like how attentive they are, offering you coffee and snacks. I’ll keep going ❤️

This was my first visit to The One Salon and it was absolutely amazing! I had the greatest pleasure of getting my hair done by Fatima. She’s an absolute angel and is beyond talented. She delivered exactly what I asked for and my hair has never felt this good. The whole team was kind and professional from start to finish, and the customer service was exceptional. I felt so comfortable and taken care of the entire time.

Best Salon in Edmonton hands down! Friendly stylists who know what they are talking about and everytime I leave, I’m so happy with my hair. My daughter will be going to Ness for extensions as she is absolutely amazing and for me, Fatima, is our favorite hair stylist to see here. We absolutely love and adore her. She’s an incredible person inside and out and by far one of the best hair stylists I’ve ever had do my hair. We basically followed her down here from Fort McMurray, lol 😂 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I had my hair done by Lina, and while the initial result wasn’t exactly what I had asked for, she truly impressed me with how she handled the situation. She reached out and offered to fix it at no extra charge. That kind of professionalism and accountability is rare and really appreciated. When I came back for the correction, Lina took the time to fully understand what I wanted — and she absolutely nailed it! The end result was exactly what I had in mind. She was patient, kind Thank you so much, Lina, for going the extra mile. I left the salon feeling confident and happy, and I’ll definitely be returning for future appointments.
