I have been to The New Clinic 4 times. I feel so fortunate to have discovered them. The staff and doctor are simply lovely humans. Very approachable, and sincerely interested in you, also very affordable. I went in for Collagen Laser treatment. I am very happy with the outcome!! My face is brighter, with less wrinkles. The treatment is actually relaxing. I told the doctor I was having problems with my crepey hands tearing at times due to the thinness of my skin. The doctor said she thought the treatment could help my hands. Since my treatment 4 months ago I haven't had a single tear to my hands. I am so thrilled. Other doctors told me there was nothing I could do. I also had my arms treated. They look so much better.

When it comes to skin care Dr Ute really knows how to help you "face" the world as your best self. I really like the carbon laser peel which has helped to reduce lines and firm up my skin. And I was blown away when Dr. Ute worked her magic with her radio frequency tool to reduce a deep scar I had on my face as the result of a botched cyst removal. The scar was all I saw when I looked in the mirror and now it is barely noticeable. Hurrah for Dr. Ute.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I am so impressed with the excellent treatment I have received at the New U Clinic. The testing is astonishingly accurate, mentioning conditions I already knew about, including obscure information that no one could even guess at,*and so very much more. The treatment is thorough and cutting edge.I am finally relieved that I have discovered the best possible place to deal with my complex health issues with, at long last, the best results. I was going to attend a wedding in China and had a need to look pretty. I was working with Dr. Ute Bucksteg to reduce the visibility of the spots under my eyes. The treatment was great. Dr. Ute is really amazing and such a caring person! She hugged me before I left for my holidays. I had an amazing trip. Everyone thought I look young and beautiful and did not age as a 45 year old 😄. Will go back to the clinic for laser treatment!

New U clinic was so helpful for myself and my son. My son is on the spectrum and has a very limited diet. Ute and her team were very helpful in providing information and supplements to support his dietary needs. I even noticed a huge change in his behavior. His emotional regulation has significantly improved. I am very greatful for all of their help! I would recommend anyone struggling with gut issues makes an appointment with these folks.
