I see Brittany regularly and I am always thrilled with my results! The atmosphere is welcoming and lovely and the people are friendly and everyone I see get their hairs done are always thrilled with the results. Can't recommend this place enough for all your hair needs!

Worst haircut in my life. I am 67 years old & I have never had a hairdresser not offer me a mirror to see how it looks. Once I got home I realized why. Brittany I will never ever come back. It’s been 4 to 5 months since cut. Gonna take another 6 months to fix. 🤮🤮🤮🤢

Could give Karleigh a 0 star if I could, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it definitely did not look like it. It looked nice when I was inside because of the dark lighting but when I went outside my hair looked so yellow/orange and so brassy! I called to ask if I can come and get more toner.. and her and her co workers talked to me so rudely on the phone as I mentioned the colour is to bright for my skin tone and my mom said also to get it more toned down, Karleigh replied with over the phone “I don’t care what your mom or your friends think, it’s your hair” with so much attitude. I spent $315 for brass! Sorry but I was rlly excited to come to this place after my research and I am picky when it comes to people with my hair. I personally don’t recommend this place, all would’ve been okay if their customer service was better and if they accommodated me for the mistake they made and were willing to fix it to make me happy. I was going on vacation in couple days and I was so stressed and freaking out about my hair because it was awful. Need my money back!

Karleigh fixed a really poorly done dye job by another stylist. I came in with patches of orange and green, and she transformed it into a beautiful ashy blonde balayage. She truly does magic. I literally jumped out of my chair with excitement when I first saw it. The salon itself is also, so adorable- I instantly felt right at home, and comfortable. It didn’t hurt that her super cute dog greeted me with his big brown eyes- I melted into his cuteness. Would definitely recommend!

I will never come back here for my lashes. After couple weeks, my lashes are terrible that I needed to go visit another tech to remove it. It's not cheap to get lashes done and it's so frustrating when I need to pay extra because of someone's terrible job. It sure does looks fuller after it was done but it will not last long because it's not done properly.
