I had a great experience with Ali, I believe that is the correct name, came to fix my broken sliding patio door lock and after spending a long time, he realized he couldn’t fix it because the door uses a unique lock, he didn’t charge me anything. Later he called me and told me that he was able to find the parts and he came back Sunday evening and fixed it for me. I find him very professional and I highly recommend the Lock Doc if you need a locksmith.

We had an excellent experience with this locksmith and would highly recommend their services. They helped us install a new Schlage smart lock on our front door, which turned out to be a much more complicated job due to the door’s construction and age. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed perfectly and that we were completely satisfied. They also took the time to ensure our app was properly set up and that everything was working smoothly before they left. In addition to the smart lock, they also helped us install a deadbolt and mount our new smart doorbell which we requested last minute while they were on site. Scheduling was very easy over text and they were flexible and accommodating. Their pricing was also reasonable, especially given the complexity of the work, and the level of service provided. We really appreciated their professionalism, care, and attention to detail. They are incredibly knowledgeable and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire them in the future. Thank you again!

This is an excellent locksmith company. They provided friendly service and responded very quickly. They are detail-oriented, highly professional, and genuinely kind, which is not easy to find. Out of all the locksmith companies I’ve used, this was by far the best. I’d especially like to thank the technician who came on site. He was incredibly friendly and explained everything in a very clear and thorough way. I believe his name was Elin. I’d like to sincerely thank him once again for his outstanding service.

I was looking for a nearby locksmith and found the Lock Doc. Then I read all the stellar reviews and thought it must be decent service. Ali was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient with providing information about the services. Really awesome service and wonderful person to rely on in a pinch or otherwise. On time and transparent about the fees. Can't ask for better!

Amazing company! We had a real crisis: I dropped my keys five feet down a narrow storage unit. I phoned seemingly every locksmith in the Lower Mainland to see if they could extract them, and everyone said it was too difficult. I hopelessly gave up phoning and went to Home Depot to buy as many rods and magnets as possible in the impossible chance of key recovery. Just then, an unexpected phone call came in, and Eli from the Lock Doc said he was on his way and could do it. I raced back to the storage rental, and he met me quickly, even though it was later in the evening. He was super friendly and professional. Eli brought just a little case and went up to the storage unit. These keys are essential. They have our house and car keys, and were stuck there for almost 24 hours. The narrow shaft is metal, so using a magnet was very difficult because it sticks to the sides. From his small case he put together a long metal rod and screw on magnet. Though challenging and very precicion, Eli had my keys out quick it was shocked at how quickly it was. If you need someone to get lost keys or anything to do with locks, call the Lock Doc and ask for Eli! True talent!
