Complete turnaround they gutted the old place in Tranquillity right down to the asphalt. Totally will come back. Have made it a one stop location for laundry services. In kamloops. The wash & fold delivery service is heaven for busy people. I bagged up an overwhelming mix of bedding, delicates, and more. Within 24 hours it was returned organized, clean (but not overly scented) and neatly folded (even the undies, plus they matched up all my socks!) They were working through a couple of kinks on the order placing & payment system (to be expected for a brand new place), but the service from the owner was great & overall a fantastic experience. It worked out to about $20 a load with the opening special— would probably be about $25 without. (It’s priced by weight, so you can estimate it yourself pretty easily.) For me, it’s well worth it. Same price as a meal out, and I’d sooner have the clean laundry. Will be going to these guys for tailoring if I need. So happy to have them here offering all these services, and I’ll definitely be recommending them.

Just visited The Laundry Guys and found out they recently took over the old McCleaners location. The place was super clean! I happened to meet Razan, who was incredibly helpful. Even though it was very busy and he was running the place by himself, he made sure to acknowledge and assist every customer. I had a quick chat with him and learned they’re planning to renovate soon and add new machines — which is super exciting! This will definitely be my go-to place from now on.
