I typically never leave reviews, however I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service at Langley Dry Cleaners. I have been a long-time customer, but the quality has declined significantly since the change in personnel. Previously, the shop lost a shirt valued at over $100 and refused to take responsibility for the error. Despite this, I decided to try your services one last time. I recently dropped off two shirts, but when I picked them up, they were covered in wrinkles and creases. When I brought them back to address the issue, the staff was unwilling to resolve the matter. At the end of the day, the quality Care and more so, the customer service was painful to deal with. I will no longer be using The Langley Drycleaner for services.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Im literally in tears they ruin my 400$ LULU PUFFER jacket . They mixed up my 500$ pillow top douvet. With another customer. It Some how ended up at another location. I now have to come back to pick it up lol if its even the right one. My other blacket stinks. So not impressed. Ill never be coming back DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I had a great experience . The place is always clean, bright, and well-organized. The machines work perfectly and are clearly maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Their dry-cleaning service is excellent my clothes came back fresh, neatly pressed, and smelling great. Turnaround time was fast, and prices are very reasonable. Overall, this is one of the best laundry spots in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable service and a pleasant experience .

This place put multiple large holes into a nice merino sweater. I confronted them upon collection and got a shoulder shrug and denial they said might look at repair but no replacement. This happened a year ago. Avoid.
