Got a day pass in the summer on my trip. The gym is very clean, so well organized, and has a lot of high quality equipment! Such a nice gym and the members were all friendly! I really like their private change rooms/washrooms/showers since my home gym also has that. Overall fantastic experience and will return if I make it back!

I had a super experience yesterday at my free trial training session. Scott gave me some examples of how to do a short full body workout-feeling it today! The gym is exceptionally clean, has a serious yet fun vibe to it. You can tell people are there to work out! State of the art machines and equipment.... great job!

Best Gym in Lethbridge (possibly the World....?) by far! Amazing community of members and awesome owners/staff! If you want to surround yourself with positive people who will help you level up both your fitness and mental wellbeing then TGITN is place for you! Was a member for 6 years before I moved recently. I don't miss Lethbridge, but I certainly miss this Gym and wish everyone there nothing but success!!

I just switched to this gym and I LOVE it. They took the time to text me and ask if i forgot my jacket- which means they either reviewed the cameras or asked everyone who visited. They care about their members, and everyone is so friendly! People say hi and chat and smile! It's not a fashion competition and there's people of all ages and abilities. You don't feel akward or self conscious no matter what you look like, how you work out or what you wear.

Have enjoyed the atmosphere of a smaller personal gym with all the benefits of a huge gym. Equipment is always in full working order unlike a lot of the bigger franchises. Lots of room to get a full and complete workout. Personalized workout an training available. Loved on the group training on equipment helped with the transition to working by oneself.
