The staff are friendly and accomodating. It has all the equipment one would need and the rates are very reasonable. I am super impressed with how clean the place is. The staff are constantly cleaning and it shows.

Nice staff good lay out with an assortment of equipment. I like that they honour the day pass for a full 24hrs that’s bang for your buck!

I would have given 4-5 stars if I overlooked the staff's eligibility to show us around, be helpful and not blame our mistakes on another staff members incorrect guidance. Great facility, equipment, and cleanliness. Had a good time working out there, I just don't like digging for information being a new customer somewhere, and receiving little engagement. Before purchasing my first drop in of the week, I confirmed I could come in the next morning. I was told yes, before payment went through. Then I was told the gym actually wouldn't be open for me to come the next morning. (I would have changed my schedule in that case to make the most of my drop ins.) I purchased my drop in and then started looking around; The staff didn't initiate a tour/ telling me about the facility/rooms/ etc. I asked one girl "whats in this room" she answered and dropped her head behind the desk. I asked what was in the next room, and she answered, dropping her head back down. You can guess what I did next. After asking about the last room with little engagement, I went on my way to train. A few days after, my sister was confirmed through the phone from staff that her child could be watched the next day. She confirmed her child minding but got a call the next day from a different staff member, saying she couldn't come in because she didn't give 24 hour notice. Staffing is challenging, and everyone needs jobs, just as well I think good customer service goes a LONG way.
