Absolutely wonderful experience here! I haven't had my hair done in over 2 years, and I walked out feeling like a whole new person! Super wonderful people to chat with, I felt comfortable the whole time, and my hair came out exactly how I envisioned! Thank you so much Aimee!

I’m always leary of going to a new hairstylist as I’ve experienced disaster after disaster at the hands of experienced stylists. My hair is curly and super short (along with several other quirks) and this seems to be a challenge for most stylists. I visited The Grove Chilliwack and saw Kriss who came highly recommended. Now I know why - she’s AMAZING!!! She made me feel at ease right away and worked wonders on my hair. She is great with curls and short styles, and knew what would work for my hair type. I look forward to returning for the next phase of my “hair salvation” lol.

​I recently started seeing Harmony for my facials and nails, and I am beyond impressed. The facial I received was incredible—truly one of the best I’ve ever had. She is meticulous, knowledgeable, and creates such a professional, relaxing environment. I am so happy I made the switch to her spa; my skin feels amazing and the attention to detail is unmatched. First time booking with The Grove Salon and spa. Would give more stars if possible! I’m very introverted. My First impression was how welcoming the salon and spa is. The place was very clean and professional. An absolute vibe with the music. The staff was absolutely sweet and welcoming. Katelyn did my manicure, she was very sweet and made sure to check with me multiple times during the service to make sure i loved the nails. Will definitely come back and would highly recommend!

Saw Robin today for my first haircut in years! I have been avoiding salons as I am usually overstimulated quiet easily and rarely am able to properly articulate what I want. I was blown away not only with the finished product, but also by the experience. It was an appointment of relaxation rather than something simply to endure. After my experience here,I can see myself visiting the hairdresser salon more than my usual once every few years. I highly recommend this salon and stylist for anyone who wishes to have a stress free pampering and a beautiful seamless new look!
