Simona and Dr. Fei were very accommodating and patient about my chronic fear of the dentist and did everything they could to make my experience as comfortable as possible. Also, Tonie gave me a thorough cleaning and some helpful tips for my home care. Her work was amazing. She is excellent at her job. Excellent top-quality dental work.. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this place. Elizabeth is such a sweetheart to schedule appointments with and very responsive with receipts for tax purposes ect. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Ma and Marcey, some of the best ladies to have structured alongside my Invisalign !! LOVE how my teeth turned out they really took the time to make sure any little tweak was taken care of. I feel 10 times more confident smiling, it was definitely worth it. My hygienist Tonie, is also very kind and considerate. Any sensitivity she is sure to take extra time around and big on the tips for at home care. Overall great continued experience here and would recommend to friends/family.

Recently became a new patient here and everyone apart of the staff I met so far has been very understanding and supportive, despite my concerns/struggles. A couple days ago I had a cavity filling appointment and for lack of a better word I was having a hard time during it. Dr.Luis Fei and Simona were the ones doing the cavity filling for me, and after I voiced my concerns, they did everything in their power to help me get through it. Offering adjustments of the chair, words of encouragement, letting me take breaks whenever I need, getting me paper towels + water, and letting me have control of the suction tool, so I felt more "in control", making my mind more at ease. If you want a dental clinic that genuinely cares about your wellbeing + safety, this is the one to go for.

I’ve never had a negative experience at this dental office. The whole team is incredibly kind and genuinely tries to make every visit as comfortable as possible. A special shoutout to Simona. She’s gentle, patient, and really knows how to put you at ease when you’re feeling nervous. I always feel comfortable here. Highly recommend!

We were referred by our neighbour to this brand-new, modern office which is welcoming and very kid-friendly! It was our toddler’s first dental visit, and Dr. Victor Chan and his team (Simona and Tonie) were very patient and gentle. They never pushed when our child was hesitant with the check up and focused on making it a positive experience. We also got great tips for toddler dental care at home. Us adults had cleanings too, and they offered numbing gel—something we’ve never been offered before elsewhere. It made the whole process much more comfortable and is a great option for kids as well. Props to the front desk as well — she caught an issue with my insurance weeks ahead of time and informed me to get it fixed in time for the appointment. The pricing was also fair and transparent. Everyone was so thorough and the attention to detail and great service made a big difference. Highly recommended!
