The lash courses at The Glam Lab are phenomenal! I was given 1 on 1 training and access to various types of lashes and tweezers to try out. They were hands on and answered every question. I was able to go over multiple lash styles with guidance from the instructor and staff! I feel much more confident in my skills after their training course

I went to get my eyebrows shaped today and wow, what an experience! Kara is so friendly and warm, and her space is clean, comfortable, relaxing and nonjudgmental. I loved the ambiance; it also smelled really good! She took her time getting to know me while providing me with service, like any friend would talk to you. I’m so glad that this place exists and it is so convenient whether you’re commuting or driving. Kara’s professional and really cares about her work/results, she doesn’t rush—she asked what I thought about the end result and I was amazed. It was my first time getting my brows done professionally and I’m so happy I trusted Kara to give me an amazing experience! She even gave me a free spoolie and eyebrow blade at the end! This is now my go-to place, I can’t wait to return!

Updated Review: I previously left a positive review after getting a lash lift here and was initially very satisfied with the service. Denise was kind and accommodating, and she took the time to redo my lashes to better suit my hooded eyes, which I really appreciated. However, after a few weeks, I’ve noticed that my lashes have become brittle and some have broken. I believe this may be due to the lashes being over-processed since the lift had to be done twice. Unfortunately, because of this, I now regret getting the service done 😢

I had such a great experience at the store, and I want to give special credit to Sarina for her amazing expertise. I told Sarina that I wanted a natural look and that I fully trusted her specialty, and she definitely delivered. She was very confident, professional, and incredibly gentle throughout the process. I got classic lashes, and they look so natural you can’t even tell they’re extensions. My eyes look a little bigger, which I absolutely love. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be coming back again in a few weeks.
