My Mother, Husband & myself would like to give a shout out to Amanda, Richard, Carter & Max for coming to the rescue when my Mom's furnace decided to quit. They arrived within an hour of when she called & got down to business. My Mother has some memory lapses, so they were informed & were very kind & understanding. She is very happy that she now has heat! Many thanks to the entire crew! We appreciated your efficiency, knowledge & friendliness. We would recommend this company to anyone!

On February 24, 2026 I i had Richard at the house for annual inspection and we spoke of having the poly b plumbing replaced. I have a busy schedule and was trying to figure out a time to have it done. Richard was able to do this big job at the time and called in Jeremy to give a hand. They were amazing, got the job done on that day, explained everything that was happening, went over everything when it was finished and cleaned up everything. They both are courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. Would definitely have them back to complete any jobs that have to be done.

Called Gentleman Plumber late morning and they were on site within an hour. Richard was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the work, and had everything completed efficiently with no mess left behind. Excellent communication and workmanship from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and would recommend them without reservation.

What real gentleman, they explain everything. As they were giving my estimate, I would ask well what about this what about if we change that, they very patient with me. As I change my mind a few times. As they were working on changing my vanity out for a different one, they would tell me what they were doing or if something needed to be changed the ask me. And the estimate they gave me, was what I paid!!! Plus well they were working on, I made 25 jars of blueberry jam, which I gave both of them for a job well done. I totally recommend them highly!!!! Great JOB GUYS!!! Thank you very much
