I’ve been bringing all our family cars (911, Volvo S40, Range Rover, Ford Explorer) to The Garage since 2012 and have nothing but great things to say about Jeff, JJ, and the whole team. When I was working out of town they would come to my house and pick up, service and return the vehicle. I love the online vehicle reports and they have never charged more than the estimate (usually less). Friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love the transparency - they send you a red/yellow/green light for each part of your car they are inspecting with pictures, so it is very easy to see what needs to be fixed and why. Also super guys :)

Jeffrey, JJ and the crew at The Garage are simply the best. They take on each job with an objective viewpoint focused on what’s best for the customer and their particular circumstance. Solutions are thoughtfully and logically presented and you can tell they truly care about ensuring you have the right information to make the best decision. Their entire ethos is a refreshing and practical approach to vehicle maintenance that I’m yet to encounter from other service providers. Recently I went to great lengths and effort to make sure my car was in their capable hands for a complex repair job; I’m very glad I did so.

Great service. Jeffrey treats his customers with respect and offers the best possible option for repair. Price is reasonable and the whole team does good job. He provides exceptional care for his customers and proactively uses warranties to cover any further issue that might had arisen. Strongly would recommend them to everyone.

I am completely blown away by this shop! We live in the Fraser Valley and were looking for a new used car - looking for someone to do a pre-sale inspection. Appreciating the urgency, The Garage made an effort to work with us and fit us in the next day. They made it completely hassle-free, they made arrangements with the dealership to get the car there, they did the inspection, and then called us to go over every single bit of it. The inspection was available digitally, with photos, and was extremely thorough. For each item they found, they indicated when it should be reinspected to determine if action should be taken. Our call with them was so thorough and educational. I just can’t say enough about these guys. I was so impressed by them that I have decided to bring my car to them to get inspected and start using them as my mechanic…it’s a long drive from Hope to Burnaby-but soooo worth it when you find knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy mechanics who go the extra mile because they care. So happy to have found them!
