I had such a great experience with Mike and his team! I called them because I saw good reviews online and they did not disappoint. They got my vehicle in fast, and I knew it was going to be a tricky issue to fix but they got creative and figured it out. The communication was top notch and Mike was honest about my options. Highly recommend these guys!

I had such a great experience with Mike and his team at the garage repair shop in Kamloops. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm and welcoming, and the whole staff made me feel genuinely cared for. Mike was transparent, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Their hard work and dedication truly show, and I’m so grateful they took such good care of both me and my car. Being able to get back and forth to work is incredibly important, and they made that possible for me with their efficient and thoughtful service. Wonderful team all around—highly recommend!

We were passing through Kamloops when are pu truck broke down. Mike fit our repair in right away and had us back on the road. Friendly service and honest fair pricing, just what I was looking for. If I lived in Kamloops I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle servicing and repairs to this shop.

I went in for a wheel alignment and they wouldn't do it because of uneven tire wear which is fine but I know they didn't do their job properly because I took it to a different shop with new tires on it and they couldn't do the alignment because during the front end expection before the alignment they found both outer tierods are bad which the garage here should have found if they did their job properly but they didn't so saying this I do not recommend going here because they do not seem to know what they are doing, I will be going in soon to talk to the manager.
