I've been to Stitch It twice now, and both experiences have been great. James did a wonderful job hemming my dress pants and is a pleasure to work with. The prices are very reasonable, especially for same-day pick up, and I will definitely be going back!

Stitch it does not even deserve a 1 star review. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my fiancé had with this seamstress. He brought in his jean jacket and sweater for simple sleeve alterations, and instead of a clean adjustment, the sleeves were completely ruined. They were cut too short, and to “fix” the mistake, she had to add the material back on which resulted in a very noticeable extra seam that was never part of the original design. The final result looks unprofessional and altered in the worst way. What should have been a straightforward tailoring job permanently changed the look of the clothes. To make matters worse, they refused to offer any refund or take responsibility for the mistake. We paid for a service expecting professional skill and care, and instead ended up with damaged clothing and no accountability. When we asked about a refund, we were told that the repair itself was considered the refund. Unfortunately, the “repair” was only necessary because of the original mistake and does not restore the garment to its original condition. I would not recommend this seamstress to anyone looking for even the simplest of repairs. Unprofessional, unaccountable, and gaslighting.

Absolutely exceptional work and kindness I had the most amazing experience here, and I feel compelled to share it. I brought in a pair of extra-wide, long jeans to be hemmed. I originally wanted to keep the original hem, but when I learned it would cost more, I opted for a standard hem instead. When I came back to pick them up, I was completely blown away, James had preserved the original hem anyway and didn’t charge me extra. That level of thoughtfulness and generosity is so rare, and it genuinely meant a lot to me. On top of that, the workmanship is outstanding. The hemming is so clean and seamless that I honestly can’t even tell the jeans were altered. They look perfect. The turnaround time was exactly as promised (done in about a day and a half), and everything about the experience was smooth, professional, and welcoming. James was incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly takes pride in his work. This wasn’t just good tailoring—it was excellent craftsmanship paired with genuine care for the customer. If you’re looking for quality alterations, fast service, and a place that goes above and beyond in the best possible way, this is it. I can’t recommend them thighly enough and will absolutely be back. Thanks James From Sam

Fabulous! 5 stars. James is not only a pleasure to deal with but gets it right each time. Was referred to stitch it, by my son who gets an original hem on jeans done here. So I decided to take a pair in to get hemmed. The outcome… it doesn’t even look like they’ve been altered. The gem is on point and couldn’t be happier! Their pricing can be a little more than others but well worth it! Will be back each time!

Chukri was amazing to work with! He altered my boyfriend’s groomsmen suit perfectly and made the whole process easy. He was very informative, helpful, and explained everything clearly so we knew exactly what to expect. The suit fit beautifully and we couldn’t be happier with the service!
